The world's largest airplane is the Antonov An-225 Mriya, a colossal aircraft that captures attention wherever it goes. Developed by the Antonov Design Bureau in Ukraine, the An-225 Mriya is a strategic airlift cargo plane with a remarkable size and capacity. Its immense dimensions include a wingspan of 88.4 meters (290 feet) and a length of 84 meters (275 feet).

The aircraft stands tall at 18.1 meters (59 feet) and weighs a staggering 640 metric tons (1.4 million pounds) when fully loaded. It has six turbofan engines, each producing an astonishing amount of thrust.
